Help me choose the bit rate, very frequent interruptions in the stream. there is a constant stream pogrugenie

turn off mic QPC timestamps and sync audio timestamps to video
set x264 preset to veryfast
bitrate and buffer to 2000

in video tab set downscale to 1280x720
fps to 30
uncheck disable aero

whatever this program is, its making issues with your game capture. Speaking of which, what is l2.bin??


lastly, after you do all of this, restart OBS, then stream for 5 minutes or more then post another logfile. I need a fresh log.
