Question / Help HELP! fps drop while streaming CS GO.

Hey just installed OBS and got everything set up. However, whenever I stream cs go i get huge fps drops and would like a fix :/
pc specs are intel i7 870 @ 2.93 ghz (8 cpu's) ~3.3GHz
4 gbs of ram
and a GTX 460

OBS SETTINGS: 2700/2700 bitrate
Quality : 6
Codec AAC 128 bitrate
1920 base res with a downscale of 1280x720
30 fps
use multithreaded opt checked and at normal
x264 preset Very fast

net speed : about 14 ping, download 40 mbps and upload at 25 mbps

please help :D
