Question / Help Help for streaming please

Hello I can't seem to find the best settings for streaming, when I stream it looks blurry and not clear at all, anyone care to help me find my settings? I've looked at the "obs settings estimator" and well, it still looks blurry.

i5-6400
8 gb ram
64 bit
gtx 960 2gb

Ive already tried that, and my output is still blurry

I'll assume you are streaming on Twitch? If so you should be streaming at 720p 30fps 2000-2500 bitrate as a maximum. If you are currently using these settings and are still having issues please post a link to a sample video and include a log as explained in this sticky post:
