Question / Help HELP FOR SETTINGS GOOD QUALITY STREAM

Hi all , greetings from Italy and sorry for bad english .

I need a help for streaming fallout 4 on twitch. Every time i stream is fluid but extremly choppy. I wanna solve for a good quality stream at 30 fps.


My pc specs are

• ASUS Gaming ROG GL753VE-GC004T /
• Windows 10 /
• 17.3 Pollici - 1920x1080 Pixel /
• Intel Core i7-7700HQ (2.8 GHz) /
• 16GB ram /
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti /
• 128GB SSD + 1TB sata

UPLOAD SPEED 2.5 mb.

Is it possibile to stream 720 p without choppy ? video sample test put under:

resolution of your video is 768 x 432, why so low?
set it to 720p which is 1280x720
check my calculator for more info and bitrates

beacause drop frame rate and still remain choppy on 720 p . i think need set better the video output and codec
