Could you suggest the settings according to the characteristics of my computer I am doing twitchte league of legends publications.

Ram : 4 GB
CPU : i5 650 3.20GHz
Display Card : Asus AMD Radeon HD5450 Series 2GB
 
Hi I would also like some help I have 10 upload and live in Montana and closest server on twitch is 550 miles away which is Denver and I was wondering why I can’t stream at 720p 30 FPS 3000 bitrate I have to stream at 648p 30 FPS 1500 bitrate and I am on Ethernet any help is much appreciated
