Can't get stream to work. I've checked to update my drivers and I get this http://i.imgur.com/np02O7O.png. Do those really matter? And when I go to install those drivers it says I have to delete the current ones from my laptop to install the new ones. Is that normal? Thanks for the help.

Your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features, and no you cannot do anything about it apart from upgrading it.
