hi. Im new to streaming and after googling around i cant seem to find away to fix my ingame lag

I7-3770k at standard clocks
16gb 1600mhz ram
Gtx1080 g1 gaming from gigabyte
840pro samsubg ssd
Z67 ud5h gigabyte motherboard
My upload and download speed are 500mbs down and 500mbs up
I have horrendous ingame studder and lag every time i stream
ps my internet speeds
