I've tried game recording, monitor recording, everything! It is broken. I can give you a log from one of the times it has happened ( Aka every time now for like a week )

Your CPU isn't enough good for x264 encoding, a 1.5 GHz is hard to play games, if you want to play games and also record, you shouldn't. Buy a new CPU, and buy a CPU not an APU.
Also you try to record 60fps, even an i5 can get video laggy on 60 fps (idk why, i have this problem), i need to record 30fps.

It isn't my fault I have this laptop. I'm not the one who bought it, and I can't buy one. Idk what has happened. It normally works, but not anymore.

Btw, it actually has been a decent quality. I fixed it. I was trying to make it where I could have good FPS on games by using 1 core for the recording and 3 other cores for game, but aparently 1 core isn't enough for the recording.

Just use two for recording and two for gaming, there are few games on marketplace that use more than 2 cores. And how i told you, set obs to record in 30 fps.
