Question / Help Help fine tune my stream please?

I finally got a descent quality with no lag. The main thing that solved my issue was going from fast to veryfast. Even though I have a pretty descent cpu, I'd lag on fast. So that's one thing I know I can't change. But I'm sure there are other things to tweak. Here's my vod with the attached settings in the log. Took me hours to figure out. Would appreciate any input. Thanks!!

Streaming at 1080p60 is a bad idea on Twitch due to the decoding demand it places on the viewers of your stream, as well as the high bit rate that 1080p60 requires (which you aren't allowed to do on Twitch).

3300 is what I'm using which is twitch's max. And there are a ton of viewers with beautiful streams, if you don't have the pc or bandwidth you can easily change the quality, no? I'm really baffled by the response. Of course we're all nerds and want the best possible haha I am taken aback.

No, you can't easily change the quality if you're a viewer. You can only do that if the person you are watching is a partner, or if you're a non-partner with enough viewers to get encoding options. Otherwise, viewers will have to have a good enough computer to decode 1080p60 on Twitch's crappy Flash player, as well as have the bandwidth to download video at a solid 3300kbps in addition to whatever else they are doing on their network.
