HELP! Failed to start streaming ;A;

I've been trying to set up obs to stream for around 3ish hours now, and I continue to get the following error:

"Failed to start streaming
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
NOTE: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

ive updated my drivers
If anyone could help me solve this, that'd be greatly appreciated.

Please review and follow directions and recommendation on the analyzer.
Also, run the Auto-configuration Wizard, aplly the settings it gives, restart OBS and test. Please do NOT change any settings provided by the wizard.
