Question / Help Help dual PC setup really LOW FPS!

I just bought new CPU, motherboard and it is not working. I want to run 60 fps - 1200x720 with my Avermedia card but the fps only runs in like 6 fps tops. My CPU is hardly even sweating.

Please help.

Noticed this :

Could this be the reason. Is the integrated card not supported?
