Help dropping frames rtx 3070

Hello guys , my issue is that while streaming at fb live my fps are moving from 10 fps and returning to 60 fps. My system is the following.

Gpu rtx 3070
Corsair vengeance 2x8 16gb
Cpu ryzen 5 3600

Internet download 126 mb
Internet upload 10mb

The obs output is set to 1080p and 60 fps.

The only issue is that fps are dropping during stream.

We need a logfile from a livestreaming session where the issue was occurring to be able to diagnose the problem and assist.
There is a pinned thread at the top of this forum with instructions on how to post a logfile.
