Question / Help HELP! Delay by recording

After the new Update, which forced me to download a new driver for my NVIDIA Graficcard, i started recording "South Park The Fracture But Whole" for PC with OBS Studio.
But after recording I noticed in Adobe Premiere Pro CC that the soundtrack of the game did not quite fit to the gameplay.
But my commentary on the second soundtrack line, was correct.

I've already checked the delay for the sound and the video, but nothing has?
Do anyone of you have any ideas?

But then the recording of OBS won't work.
(Error - Failed to start recording - tarting the output failed please check the log for details, Note: if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, Make sure your video drivers are up to date.)

That's why i updatetet the drivers.
 
No. If i record with Software x264 then the video will be lagging.
I don't get a smooth video.
With my grafic card i had no problems with this settings, since the OBS Update...

I will record new Parts today so please give me some tippswhat i should change! And i will show, if it works.

I need 2 soundtracks and the Bitate at 20000 works. I even had it 30000 a week ago.
And I do not want to turn it down any further so I can maintain a good quality.
 
Change output mode to Simple under Settings > Output and pick one of the recording quality presets. Worry about dual audio tracks after you determine the cause of the performance issues.
