The webcam is Logitech StreamCam.
I do not know if it can be something wrong configured, I have it added and ready for use, but for now I am not using it, I have it removed in what would be the eye so that it is not seen ... I do not know if I explain, sorrry

Nice, though if you can get a log posted it can be seen what OBS is doing Also, what else are you running
Memory is divided into pools for each task If more is needed and that request isn't filled for some reason the task runs out of memory
Could have 256 Gb of RAM and run into an out-of-memory condition running Notepad
This might be helpful Wouldn't hurt to verify and check the Windows files
