I can't understand what I'm doing wrong. No matter what I change, I get stutters for a minute at random points in my videos. It's like the 60fps video switches to 30fps for a minute and goes back to 60fps. I'm only using OBS to record console videos with an elgato 4k 60 pro mk.2. Tested with CQP from 14 up to 24 but it still stutters. First time uploading a log file, hopefully I did everything right but I can re-upload if needed. Thank You!

Try using HWInfo64 to monitor and log NVENC usage, if it maxes out you would get stuttering or dropped frames
