Set everything up on the recommendations, tried everything, but the quality and lag ostalis.Kto understands this help
iron is:
AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20Ghz
internet 96mb
screen 1280x1024

What do you mean exactly when you say lag ? the stream is buffering? ingame high ping? ingame stutter?..
Try something more simple like 720p@30fps at 2500kbps bitrate/buffer and see if those settings still give you issues. If so, post another log file and it would also help if you could describe the problem a bit more.

You're not dropping frames, so the issue is most likely between Twitch and your viewers. They can't download your video from Twitch servers fast enough. This is largely an issue either with Twitch or your viewers, but one way you can try to help them out is to stream at an even lower bit rate to make it easier to download. Make sure you don't set a custom buffer size, too.
