I need some help to stream and play DOTA 2 with best quality for my specs. (Justin TV)
What is the best config for my specs?

Intel Core i5-3350P 3.10GHz 6MB SK1155 (BX80637I53350P)
Motherboard MSI Sk1155 (Z77A-G41)
Corsair Vengeance LP DDR3-1600MHz 2x4GB (CML8GX3M2A1600C9)

Set upload and bitrate to 3300, this is enough for even 1080p and you shouldnt suffer to achieve this upload with such an internet connection :P

Quality Settings should be on maximum in Dota and OBS.
I'd suggest you stream on 720p with the best downscaling options, i dont think your pc will make it otherwise.
i stream 720p, but got couple of programs open, so my cpu is on pretty much max power. i got a i5-3570k @ 4,3GHz.

So, I guess 720p is the best thing you can achieve, but dont be scared to try it on 1080p if u feel like doing it :)
