Question / Help Help choosing the correct capture card for me?

I have a happauge HD PVR 2 at the minute and I'm just constantly have problems with it. Wether it being the delay when I'm trying to livestream or the fact it doesn't even come on the screen!!

So I have norrowed it down to a replacement option between:

The Elgato Game Capture HD:

Or the AVERMEDIA Game Broadcaster:

List of the things I am wanting to do:

Livestream my XBOX gameplay
Record gameplay
Livestream PC gameplay

PC Specs:

8GB RAM
2GB Graphics card
Quad Core processor running at 4.0GHz

Between those two? Game Broadcaster, hands down. The Elgato has the same delay problem as the HD PVR 2.

Though you don't need a capture card to stream PC gameplay from a single-PC setup.

Thanks, yeah I'll be streaming console a lot more than pc! And is the Game Broadcaster compatible with OBS like the Elgato is?

Yes, it is, and you won't have any of the dumb delay issues. It will be a lot less of a headache.
