Help - Can't start a stream, starting output failed

Hi i`m not sure what to do.

attached the log file.
and also screenshots on how i setup the encoder.

tried to reinstall my nvidia driver as sell as obs but its not working

FYI i tried streamlabs and i can stream with the same settings. But i really like to use OBS please anyone help me

Completely remove the streamelements thing (contac them or search how to in this forum). Then uninstall OBS and reinstall it. Let it run the Auto-configuration Wizard and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change it. Restart OBS (important!)
Test as is. Do not change a thing.

Is there any plugin which can save my settings without using stream elements? It has an online backup for all settings for obs that’s why I’m using it. Or was using it till it worked
