Hello! I need help to find out what is causing micro stutter in my recordings in OBS.
I have tried recording using NVIDIA NVENC at 'max performance setting' and x264 at very fast.
Ive tried record at like 480p 60fps and still the stutter comes randomly for a little while than goes away.
I even formatted my pc to get it 100% clean before posting this and I dont know what is causing it.

The stutter around starts at 2:58 and ends around 3.07
