Question / Help Help! Can't figure Out Why I'm dropping Frames!

Thanks for visiting this thread!
i have fast internet, trying to stream out of central Ohio and keep experiencing dropped frames immediately when I enter a game. before entering a game like rocket league my frames are fine but immediately when i enter my game i start dropping streaming frames fast. I don't see what the problem is but it would be much appreciated if you guys could take a crack at it and tell me what you think.
