Question / Help Help Building League Spectator Streaming rig, with matched audio and webcam delay

So im building a second streaming rig, the gaming rig i play league live, and second rig will have Microphone input, webcam input and will be streaming the League of legends game in spectator mode, however I need to add 3 minute delay on to webcam video and audio so it matches the spectator mode because spec mode has 3 minute delay , how can i do this? this is my design setup
