Question / Help Help audio delay

here's my problem when obs is open my sound is delayed. like when I stream my mic is ok and in sync but the game audio is like 6 seconds delayed and its horrible but that's not only that when obs is open all the sounds become delayed too like if I watch a video on youtube or a stream on twitch the sounds become delayed too and if I close it everything come back to normal but I cant stream at all with the delay it's horrible for the viewers I've been trying to fix this for over a month and nothing works i'm out of options
