Question / Help Hello, settings for my pc

I have an i7 4770, r9 280x. I ask you guys, to shob me or teach me how can I have the best performance in 1080p 60fps. I want to use quick sync, I want the settings for this configuration :)

1080p60fps isnt good for an none partner stream. You should go for 720p30fps for a decent quality stream with a max bitrate of 2500kbit/s
I would also use x264 encoding too reach a better quality. quicksync needs about 500 kbit/s more bitrate to reach the same quality. And is still worse than x264 in quality

I want record for myself no streaming, sorry I didn't said, I want local recording.

Set quicksync encoding mode and use a high bitrate, around 20000 or so. Use one of the least CPU intensive presets.

I think about 13000-14000 and cpu preset 2, 1 is (Best quality).

Use a higher preset number if you get duplicated frames.
