Hello everyone, I know this has been asked many times before, but atm I don't have time to check whole forum.

So my question is this (first little info):

I have fx 8320 amd proc, 8gb ram, and 1gb ddr3 graphic card (it is shitty I know, will be changed soon) and in few days I'm getting 20/2 internet (maybe it will be like 25/3-4), cause in Croatia only few places in Zagreb are supporting optical internet...But nvm.

So with that said is it possible to stream decent quality with OBS on diablo III and maybe dota 2... (both games I can record with fraps on 60 fps)...

And is that proc fx 8320 ok for streaming or I will need to change it in near future?

Ty for respond, sry for my bad english...

Best regards, rokai.

The biggest limit on your quality will be your upload speed. If you only have 2mbps, then no, you can't stream in "good" quality. You can probably stream is "OK" quality, perhaps 480p.

Use this to get some baseline settings: http://obsproject.com/estimator

meh i guess 720@30 with like 1.5k bitrate might be possible with a lot luck and actually look kind of decent

Ok, ty for fast response, I was expecting something like "ok" quality, but had some fears about processor... Ty hf

Ok, hi again, I have one more question, in obs settings>advance>video tab - where I can choose cpu preset should I go ultra fast, veryfast or something slower with my fx 8320 (3.5 8x)?

With that processor you shouldn't have any troubles going down to Faster or Fast. I have an FX-8350 and my default profile is 720p 30 FPS set to Fast. It can handle 60 FPS for most games, but the bitrate limits the quality. With that upload speed (similar to mine) I wouldn't try for 60 FPS, unless it's a low-motion game.

y thanks, I wasn't aiming nothing more than 480 or maybe 720p/30fps but was curious about processor. Thanks man!
