Question / Help Hello - Q about streaming

Hello everyone,

I tried streaming a few games in Twitch recently -just test runs, ya know- and I have this problem that it lags too much on stream and a bit in-game. I think that is because of my PC and Net's properties but then I found out some other people who had similar problems got it solved. Now I was thinking if my PC/Net is good enough for streaming.

4 GBS of Ram
64 OS - W7 Pro
AMD Athlon II x4 631 Quad-core Processor 2.60 Ghz
ATI Radeon HD 5500 Series

And as for my net (results from http://www.speedtest.net/);

Ping: 13 ms
DS: 5.02 mbps
US: 0.85 mbps

So, my question is. Can I stream games like League of Legends, Path of Exile or Mount&Blade:Warband...etc. Is my PC/Net good enough?

It's possible for you to stream at a watchable quality but it shouldn't look very good especially with that upload.
you can try dowscaling down to about 480p@25fps with about 650 bitrate (more or less) and see how it looks.
