Ok i am trying to stream league of legends with obs but i have some problems wich i don't know how to fix.
when i turn my stream on i start to get a very hight pings around 120-160,and my normal ping when i don't stream is 46-50.

My upload speed is 0.60 mps
my pc specs:
CPP:Intel i3 3.20 ghz
Ram:4 gb of ram
Graphic card:AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series 1 gb

So i would be relly glad if someone out here can help me set up my stream at less on 480p to give me some advices thanks

You aren't likely able to stream with that upload speed, the stream will leave no room for the game itself.
