I'm not sure I see where the problem would be other than the fact that PUBG IS HORRIBLY optimized and the problem could be there in how the frame buffer is being copied and so you can do a couple things:

  1. First try using 0 B Frames, see if that helps.
  2. If you are playing Fullscreen, try Windowed Mode or Borderless
  3. If you are using Game Capture, Try Display Capture instead (Although GC is better, sometimes I have to do this depending on game)

On a side note you can also change your filter to lanczos for a sharper image and at the resolution you set 1440x810 it shouldn't impact performance, it's not necessary though. If you go back to 1920x1080 as the output, then use Bicubic.

Not so sure anymore, so many reports of this on AMD and Nvidia I'm seeing, not just here but in my personal circles, as well as myself. This may be a recent issue with Windows latest update... :/
