Question / Help Heeeelp!!!

I just bought an avermedia live gamer portable and it works perfectly, the only problem is when I want to stream using OBS.
OBS recognizes the avermedia but then I click on preview and a red square appears on the top left of the screen. :S
And I've been looking for help on youtube but I haven't found anything about it :'(

Please if anyone has gone through the same and found the solution please let me know as soon as possible...

Be aware to use the LGP in OBS you need to install and use the stream engine software from avermedia and also add the LGP to OBS by selecting the Stream Engine in the Video Device properties.
