Heavy Stuttering in OBS game Capture Video recordings

Hi

My GPU is RTX 3090 and CPU is i9-10900K.
My OBS Game Capture recordings set at 4K, 60FPS have heavy stuttering. What am I doing wrong with my settings?
I am new to OBS game recordings and request help from people familiar with OBS.
