Heavy lag in OBS but not in-game

Hey there, tried to stream FFXIV recently and OBS began lagging really badly. FPS in-game with OBS open is somewhere around 90-100, but in OBS its actually showing something closer to 5-15. Tried recording and the framerate was even lower than what was being displayed in the OBS preview, it looked like a slide show lol. Even animated assets are lagging while clicked into the game. While clicked into the actual OBS window the assets stop lagging, and the game gets significantly smoother. Super confused, doesn't do this with anything else I've played. Tried setting OBS's process priority to High, lowering the game settings to minimum, playing around with vsync options, and swapping between Fullscreen and Borderless options but I can't seem to get this fixed so that's why I'm here. At a complete loss, if anyone has suggestions of potential solutions I'll gladly give them a try.

So the input for those 3 source mirrors is a window capture that is bound to a hotkey, and when you launch OBS if the last window selected with the hotkey isn't open then those print to the log I believe. Pretty sure the reason they show up more than once is because that's exactly how many sources have a dynamic mask filter using them as references. Also I don't think it has to do with the number of processes since there are games OBS is handling just fine which are far more intensive than XIV. To be certain though I was going to install a second, fresh install of obs and test until I realized I hadn't tried launching OBS as administrator. Of course this was the problem. Welp
