Heavy CPU Peaks and Drops in stream & game.
just updated OBS to the latest version (windows probably had some update going on recently) and i simply cant play when OBS is launched let alone streaming.
the stream is getting heavy video buffers and the games simply freezer from time to time.

Win 10
i7 6700k @ 4.5GHz
GTX 1070
32GB Ram

Rolled back to previous version and its fine.

Nothing was changed that would affect cpu usage.

im streaming since january 2018 and totally fine, two days ago OBS use 100% my CPU and almost 80 % GPU :/

Dont know whats up, but it helped. so something must have changed.

i only update the Windows Nvidia graphic card and OBS nothing else :/ i can´t stream anymore right now :/
