Question / Help Heavy blurring/pixelation when moving

Hello dear OBS community,

I am using OBS for quite a while now and I have never encountered such serious issues. Every time I move my camera in game, there is a considerable amount of pixelation and I can't find the reason for it.

My specs:
  • Zotac Geforce GTX 970
  • Intel Core i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz
  • 8,00 GB RAM
  • 7.1 Mbps upload (confirmed by http://testmy.net)
CBR enabled
Max Bitrate: 3000
Buffer Size: 3000
AAC: 96
1920 x 1080 - 1,5 downscale - lanczos
FPS: 25
x264 codec
CPU Preset: fast
Use Multithreaded Optimizations? Yes
Stable server? Yes

I have read numerous posts about this topic and tried all of the recommended settings (the settings I posted are the last ones I used). It is kind of a mystery to me, how no change in the settings showed any results, the pixelation was there every time. Getting a little bit desperate, please help me if you can.

PS: every 3 seconds or so, when I don't move anything, the recording seems to be "pulsating", there is a slight disturbance which looks like slight pixelating.

Log looks fine tbh. I highly doubt its because of the faster Preset since a 6700k is capable of more than just 720p25 on faster Preset. I also doubt that your Strexm Notification Alert is causing this.

Do you have a VOD by any chance? Or do you even have some sort of other Overlay like MSI Afterburner?

Btw what Game are you trying to play because I dont really know a Game which exe is called aces.exe except if its maybe some Poker Game or whatever Card Game.
