Because of gpu driver failures, your computer was trying to emulate a GPU using the cpu, probably causing the overheating

That's not what I told you.

Your system is having GPU issues causing OBS to not be running on the 1050 in your computer.

1. You are running Windows 10 1511, which has not been supported by Microsoft since October 2017. Update to the latest Windows release (2004 or 20H2/09 if available) to ensure continued security, functionality, and compatibility.
2. Update your NVIDIA drivers from https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/170887/
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 48000 Hz
Speakers (2- High Definition Audio Device): 44100 Hz
Microphone (HD Pro Webcam C920): 16000 Hz
4. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok

You can also use a program such as ThrottleStop to disable the Turbo/Boost function of your processor which should reduce heat.

Couple other recommendations -

1) Find the maximum temperature for your CPU processor, never exceed it - or you can start damaging a lot of components.
2) Use a laptop cooler pad, they are like $20 bucks on Amazon. The one I got isn't very loud even running full speed.
3) Use a ac/dc powered USB hub to supply power to USB ports - (example, my phone plugs into my laptop for low latency, and then my usb hub plugs into the other, and supplies power to the cooler, mouse, keyboard, etc and doesn't put extra work on the laptop because its being powered externally)
4) Run a CPU temperature monitor software while streaming. If you are getting close to temp you need to offload the graphics and let the PC cool down. (then when streaming, if when its getting too hot - move over to a static screen and offload any other sources besides the camera & microphone, or go on "break" and offload as many resources as possible to give the laptop time to cool down).
