1. You are running Windows 10 1511, which has not been supported by Microsoft since
October 2017. Update to the latest Windows release (2004 or 20H2/09 if available) to ensure continued security, functionality, and compatibility.
2. Update your NVIDIA drivers from
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/170887/
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.

Speakers (2- High Definition Audio Device): 44100 Hz
Microphone (HD Pro Webcam C920): 16000 Hz
4. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok
You can also use a program such as
ThrottleStop to disable the Turbo/Boost function of your processor which should reduce heat.
