Heart emoji in Youtube chat

Hello, suddenly, a heart emoji started appearing in OBS in Youtube chat (screenshot). It is a URL source with a pop-up chat address from Youtube. I have a custom CSS style there, which I generated here: https://chatv2.septapus.com/ I am sending a text document in the attachment. Can you please advise how to get rid of the heart emoji?

This just hit my account yesterday...apparently the solution is to go to the stream settings on YouTube. Click the "EDIT" button, go to the "Customizations" section, and uncheck the box next to "Live reactions".
