Question / Help Hearing myself

hey, i have a big issue that is bothering me. When i try to stream, after about 15 seconds of talking into my mic, i hear myself, and then about 3 seconds after, i hear myself again but much more quieter, i am not sure why this is happening to me and it is really bugging me (haha get it) so please help. :)

It's called an echo, and it's because you're watching your own stream while streaming, I'm assuming. Cease watching your own stream while streaming, or at the very least mute your stream.
