Question / Help Healthy CPU usage?

50-70% is normal while streaming decent quality, what's a healthy level? Here's my specs.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 Professional Edition (build 9200), 64-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 930 @ 2.80GHz - 2.8 GHz Performance Rated at: 6.3 GHz
GFX: AMD Radeon HD 7850
RAM: 6.2GB Standard
Sound Card: AMD High Definition Audio Device

I don't suffer any performance loss just want to avoid damaging my system.

EDIT: For further info, my video card levels are absolutely perfect (barely affected), and my RAM usage is fine as well.

CPU load will not damage your system in any way. But 50/70% sounds about right depending on your settings and the game you are streaming.

Awesome :]

The reason I asked is because my CPU fan starts thumping once I'm streaming so I assume it's under stress.

If you're concerned about "health", then CPU temperatures are more valuable to know than load percentages. Use a program like RealTemp to see what temperature your CPU is at.
