Headset/Headphone to connect to obs live stream

Hi may i know that how to set up wire headphone jack so that i can record audio at OBS..

i have set the audio input capture device but didnt come out any sound.

The 3.5mm audio input is for mono or stereo where the jack has 1 or 2 rings. Yours have 3 with the mic being the third pin. The input probably does not have the hardware for that type of jack, so it just detects the left and right which would be the headphone part where no audio is coming from.

what you would recommend to buy if i need use headphone jack or should i just buy normal streaming mic...
