Please advice me to connect my HDMI video capture to satellite receiver through laptop/windows 10, ( I downloaded OBS) , Thanks.

I would also use cables to connect to the above-mentioned device, eg HDMI.
A second, the satellite receiver sends an HDMI signal encoded with HDCP, which means that you will not receive such a signal with this device.

HDCP is specifically designed to stop people from recording the video being sent. We cannot assist you in piracy here, as it is illegal.
