I an streaming on a laptop with a webcam and an HDMI to USB capture device. Several times through the broadcase, the signal on the HDMI to USB capture will freeze. I have to go to the properties and change the source to something else, change it back to the USB video and it unfreezes.
Is this something with OBS or an issue with my capture device?
