Question / Help Hdmi sound suddenly not working anymore in obs

So 2 days ago i did windows updates,
and now suddenly the sound from hdmi pass through to the capture card is not working anymore.(ps4>zowie monitor> hdmi out to capture card in)
I havent changed anything to obs.
Tried to google,change settings etc but nothing seems to help :(
*changed hdmi cables
*removing and installing card again
*resetting line as standard device
*tested the audio in on the card and its working correctly

Hoping someone can help me cause im at loss what to do.

Its an avermedia liver gamer hd 2 (line)
logfile in attach.

Update on this very weird
if i
=>remove the hdmi cable
=>startup pc
=>insert hdmi cable in pc
=>start up obs
it works wtf.
if i leave the hdmi cable in restart the pc i will not get sound :(
