Question / Help HDMI output

Hey all,
I am running obs to streampsot. 3 camera setup running through se2850 switcher into BM design decklink studio 4k. Been using this for years works great.
However, once these lockdowns started our events turned into no audience members but we are still livestreaming all events several times a week. Since all of our audience particiaption is now on line only, I have been adding scenes into obs for the first time so i can transition with stingers, etc. Works well.
We have been incorporating pre recorded videos into our "live" streams and for this reason, I set up a large screen TV in front of stage as a confidence monitor so performers on stage could see what portions that were pre recorded and people were watching at home.
I am coming out of HDMI port of decklink card for the TV and it worked great for the first month I was doing this. Whatever media source scenes (slides and videos) i played from obs, that is what was displayed on the confidence monitor. When I switched to my live feed, the TV displayed that as well.
But yesterday I came in for an event and now anything that I am playing from a media source in obs, including stingers and transitions, is NOT being displayed on the confidence monitor. Instead that monitor is now displaying whatever I have in program mode on my switcher.
I have spent a couple of hours today going through all the settings on obs, BM, and my switcher (though i can't imagine the switcher is the culprit), to no avail. Nothing I try gets me my media source scenes back onto the confidence monitor.
I did watch parts of the livestream on my phone in real time, and the audience is in fact seeing whatever is on program window in obs, which is good, but i really need to get those sources back onto the confidence monitor as well like i did before. Some of the elements is only a luxury for those on stage. But we have been showing videos (either recorded with no volume or muted if it does have sound) with our musicians and vocalists performing live over this, so they need to be able to see the video as they are performing to know where they are.
Any help or suggestions is appreciated.
Thanks,
Philip from Houston
