HDMI input froze during live stream

While live streaming our community Thanksgiving service at church last night, one of our inputs (HMDI captured via a generic USB capture device) froze. The two cameras still worked. The operator shut down OBS and restarted it. The input worked after that. Is there a way to figure out what went wrong? This has happened a couple of times before, but I was unaware of it until last night. I'll paste in the log info. Also is there a way to reset or free that input without shutting down OBS?

Thanks for the help!

Nick

Cyclemat, thanks for the help! I will have to check on these things in a few days when I can get back to the building. When you say we should start OBS as admin, do you mean with a Windows login account that has admin privileges? If so, what is the benefit of that. If you mean something else, please explain. Thanks.
