HDMI capture problem

I'm using a capture card (HDMI-USB) that works fine on my PC with OBS, but I don't get a video or audio signal in OBS on my notebook. Switching the GPU, as described several times, did not help either. If I start MS Teams, the HDMI signal can be used directly as a camera - the hardware is recognized by Windows. I hope someone here has a solution ...

Windows 10 runs on both systems with OBS 26.1.1 in 64bit, the log file was created directly after restarting Windows.

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

This description was my first attempt. That's why I wrote the switching of the GPU has not helped. The notebook has only one GPU (Intel HD Graphics 520), it remains only the change between "Power Saving" and "High Performance" ...
 
USB problems? Use the USBView program to identify which hubs your devices are connected to. Move bandwidth-hungry devices like webcams and capture cards to separate hubs by switching their USB ports.

What does the comment tell me? I have considered the instructions mentioned, without success! The adapter is connected directly to a USB port without a hub and has the same problem on other ports.
 
The errors in the log indicate that either you're hitting USB bandwidth issues on a single root hub, or the device is already in use in another program.
 
@Harold I'm not having this issue but just trying the learn more about the OBS logs. Is this the error you are referring to?
DShow: Run failed (0x800705AA): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

My notebook has almost full assignment to the USB ports. The tool for review was the right helper. Some more USB devices changed, HDMI capture runs in OBS. Why it previously worked under MS teams properly remains unclear, but no matter ...
@Harold Thanks for the hint, I had already changed USB ports, obviously accidentally the wrong!
@Jim Maybe the Quick Start Guide should be extended by a note for external Capture devices ...
