I've tried
- All kinds of USB 3.0 cables and connection routes
- Different HDMI inputs, PS5 and another Macbook with various display settings on each.

Anyone having a same issue or a solution?
I should've not buy a thunderbolt-only compatible monitor but...

Only PCI-e 4 capture cards allow recording or streaming at 4k HDR 60 FPS. Or a Live Gamer BOLT - GC555,
from Avermedia, with Thunderbolt 3, an external capturer. The others are limited by the bandwidth of USB 3.2 Gen2 of 10 Gbit/s.

I tested that capture card a few days ago and the Avermedia GC553G2 Live Gamer Ultra 2.1, it allows 4k but without HDR

If you have Thunderbolt input, I would try the Live Gamer Bolt

Thanks guys, I was confused by the "passthrough" term. I thought the OBS studio's preview was the passthrough signal since I'm not recording anything but I was stupid :(

HD60X is a beautiful product, but it doesn't meet my needs where I need to connect PS5 to LG Ultrafine thunderbolt monitor, just for gaming, not recording.

And Thank you oritxupolite for Live Gamer BOLT - GC555. I'll examine CAC-1334 and GC555 for perfect setup.
