I've been trying to fix this for the longest time and it's starting to get on my nerves. With the exact same setup this worked perfectly about a month ago. I've tried swapping the encoders/decoders in GCHD, changed many video settings in OBS and I just cant figure it out. Again, I have got it to work before with the exact same setup so this is really bugging me. Thanks for your help!
