Question / Help HD60S - Drops fps

Hello!

Im having problems with trying to stream with my Elgato HD60s, in the elgato software it says it goes down to 15 fps, well, its always so low. Stuttering in OBS as well. What could cause the problems?

Streaming Computer:
i7-3770K
8 GB RAM
Geforce 770

Gaming Computer:
Intel Core i7-4790K
HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB Black
MSI GeForce GTX 980 Ti Gaming 6GB

If the problem happens in the Elgato software as well then you should probably contact Elgato for assistance.
