HD TV AUDIO PROBLEMS

What settings do I need to record HD Tv Audio ?
SD Tv is fine but the same Audio Settings for HD Tv produce very rapid jittery inaudible audio.

I experience the same problem when transferring HD Tv recordings from my Humax recorder using OBS. No problem with SD.

My Son helped resolve this problem. Narrowing it down to the Audio Setting on my Humax PVR. The setting under Picture & sound-Digital audio out-CHANGED FROM Multi channel to Stereo. This stopped the jittering on HD TV channels

That would do it! It was dividing up the single stream of data incorrectly, and putting samples in sequence that were not intended to go in that sequence.
