Question / Help HD Local and Twitch ?

Hi im new to OBS i already watched few setup videos and my obs is running live on twitch ( image,webcam,audio,background pic,game)

Now i want to know what are my Best Settings for obs

Rig i have and internet speed.

CPU :
Core i7-4790K 4-Core 4.0GHz
GPU :
GeForce GTX 770 WindForce 3X OC 4GB Edition
RAM :
Vengance 8 GB DDR3 1600MHz

Also whats are the best settings for Local recording ?

Be aware you cannot stream with the Local Recording settings, in OBS you can setup two profiles, one for streaming and one for recording if you want. The OBS-MP test version instead already has the option to stream and record at different qualities and resolutions.
