Hello all!

I've just started using OBS and I am new to the Twitch scene. I am having an issue that i am sure others have had before me or maybe it is a unique issue. To make a long story short, i am having trouble setting up my OBS to stream to twitch on a quality level. I have what is still considered a high end gaming PC. My specs are below. But after doing some test streams, i have noticed the quality is a bit pixelated and i am skipping frames very often. I use Verizon FiOS as my ISP and my data plan is 100/100 Mbps.

-CPU - Intel Core i7 4790K @4.0Ghz
-Cooling - Corsair H80i GT Liquid Cooling
-CPU - 2x EVGA GTX 980 Classified SLi
-OS - OCZ ARC 100 120GB
-Game Drive - 2x 240GB PNYCS2100 Series
-RAM - 16GB G.Skill RipJaw
-Mobo - Gigabyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK
-PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 Watt
-Monitor - 27' Qnix Evolution II 1440p

Is the skipping only on the viewer side?
If so have you tried using 2000kbit video bitrate instead of 2500?

If you go to my twitch channel and watch the last video i recorded, i skipped like 2600 frames in 7 minutes of steam. There has to be something wrong because i have a powerful PC. My streams should look and run better
